The star midfielder Operated in a forward position out wide while also contributed with defensive duties. Displayed flashes of quality but dragged a shot wide. Substituted towards the end for a teammate, his rival, following a yellow card. 7/10

The winger Was presented with England’s best chance before halftime, his shot smartly stopped by the Albanian keeper. With Quansah holding position, he was forced to offer an outlet out wide but his crosses from the touchline were inconsistent. Taken off for the final quarter-hour. 6

Harry Kane The match-winner scoring seventy-seventh and seventy-eighth finishes for his country. The opener a trademark poacher’s finish while the second an excellent header following a clever run away from the opposition.
